THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK - WHEN WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK AGAIN?

Almost every product we sell is included in our basic supply, which means that they are only temporarily out of stock.  When a product is out of stock, there is a field next to it in the webshop where you can enter you email address.

If you put down your name we will send you an email as soon as the product is in stock again. Usually that happens within two weeks. 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER/CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

HAVE YOU RECIEVED MY RETURN PACKAGE??

As soon as we recieve your return package we will send you a confirmation mail. After that it can take up to a maximum of 14 workdays until we have processed your return/exchange. We always try to send you your exchange item as soon as possible. 

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER/PACKAGE?

Normal delivery time is 3- 7 working days for deliveries within the EU and 6- 12 working days for deliveries outside the EU. Please note, however, that delivery may take longer time due to customs procedings and shipping delays in the contry of destination. MY QUANTITY DISCOUNT DISAPPEARED?

You can never combine two different discount codes. So if you try to do that the system will automatically choose the most advantageous discount for you. The discount codes that are used during campaigns are often more beneficial than the quantitiy discount. 

 

I RECIEVED THE WRONG PRODUCT IN MY PACKAGE/THERE WERE A PRODUCT MISSING IN MY PACKAGE– WHAT DO I DO?

If you recieved the wrong size, the wrong product or if there were missing an item, please contact us here: (LÄNKA TILL KONTAKTFORMULÄRET) and we will help you right away. Ofcourse we pay for the extra shipping fee if something needs to be corrected. 

 

CAN I CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT OR/AND MORE EXPENSIVE PRODUCT?

Yes, you can. We will send you an email with information how to pay for the extra cost when we process your exchange. 

 

CAN I CHANGE ITEM/SIZE MORE THAN ONCE?

We want you to be 100 % pleased with your purchase, so ofcourse you can change size how many times you want. When it comes to exchange we always pay for the shipping from us to you. But please note that you as a customer always pay for the shipping from you to us. 

 

MY PRODUCT IS BROKEN– WHAT DO I DO?

Sent us a picture/pictures of the broken product along with your name and ordernumber to  reklamation@glammom.se and we will help you. 

 

WHAT BRA-SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
