You always have 30 days after you have recieved your goods to change your mind and cancel your purchase.

The return postage is paid by you. Send the item(s) back to us together with a completed return paper to:

Write on the return paper your name, address, ordernumber and if you want to get a complete refund or if you want to change to another size or item. If possible, provide a second alternative, in case your first preference is out of stock. Please mark the outside of the package with RETURN. 

If you want to change to another size or item, we will send you the new item(s) for free, if we have that particular item and/or size in stock. If you want a refund, we will refund returned items. 

Please note that the original shippingfee will never be refunded. 

The returned item(s) must be unused and undamaged, with all labels and original packaging remaining.  

You, as a customer, are responsible for ensuring that your returnpackage is not damaged or lost when returning it to us. 

If possible reuse the shipping bag that the goods were delivered in. 

When we have received your return package, we will send you a confirmation mail. When we have handled your refund/exchange we will send you an additional confirmation mail. 

Keep in mind that this can take up to 14 workdays.
